As part of the wider Customer Service Team, the primary aim of this role is to resolve inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email. We are looking for people who love helping others by finding solutions and sharing information.

Experience working within the transport/freight industry will be an advantage but is not essential.
To be eligible to apply, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
