The Role

As part of the wider Customer Service Team, the primary aim of this role is to resolve inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email. We are looking for people who love helping others by finding solutions and sharing information.

A normal day in our Contact Centre will see you:

  • Helping our customers to understand ‘general freight’ and how freight moves through the network
  • Assisting our customers to resolve their enquiries by liasing with our carriers and using your powers of deduction to locate freight and solve issues like rebooking or redirecting a job
  • Putting to good use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favourable experience for our customers

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

  • High level of literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing a high level of customer service
  • A willingness to be hands on, with a "can do" attitude
  • Time management skills (ability to prioritise)
  • Reliability and punctuality

Experience working within the transport/freight industry will be an advantage but is not essential.

To be eligible to apply, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.


Supported by the Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Manager, you will be provided with all the necessary training and resources to settle into this role.
