The Sales Representative role is a phone-based outbound sales role that focuses on providing small and medium businesses across Australia with a simple and cost-effective solution to managing their freight.
Working in a team environment alongside other Sales Representatives, the individual will generate their own leads to ensure all potential customers fit the Big Post customer profile. They will then engage these potential customers to establish and then maintain relationships that generate revenue and growth for Big Post.
The individual will be expected to demonstrate a strong-work ethic, a positive attitude and must be an effective communicator to ensure the set sales targets and KPI’s are achieved or exceeded. We will provide you with all of the necessary training and coaching to support your development within our growing Sales Team.
